But my point is Mr tan showed us a very interesting and more meaningful documentary today,entitled hiroshima. It depicts the plan of bombing hiroshima and the aftermath of the explosion. its quite disturbing to realise that hiroshima was left untouched by bombing before the atomic bomb dropped. Hiroshima was spared from all the bombing so that the full scale destruction for the atomic bomb can be measured.
I also learnt that it was nerve wrecking to even transport the whole bomb to the destination. First there was this fear that the bomb will just go off as the plane was trying to take off. So the pilot crew decided to assemble the more vital parts of the bomb after takeoff. Even the assembly of the parts was an intense moment.
but much of this horrible incident can be blamed for japan's strong will of never surrendering. even after hiroshima was bombed and brought down to nothing, japan didnt surrender. Prehaps they were thinking that there was only one of this atomic bomb at that time.
then miss chan talked about diversty.
which brings me to another unrelated part of my post.
Once someone came to me and told me how she envy us guys because of the unity that most guys have. Guys usually tend not to have a diversity between one another as compared to girls. girls usually form clicks and most of time its always that few members in the same group. i think its very true, guys wont form clicks. OK,maybe they do form gang but usually the group doesnt leave anyone out. At the same time the diversity isnt there because we more or less are able to tolerate each other nonsense and crap. And guys dont fall out with one another as often as girls.
however right now, this statement is still very debatable in my point of view-from the happenings around me.
