Anyway, i just read some of my cadets blogs (why does this sounds so familar,wonder where did i see this statement) and i suddenly remembered something that just happened and will eventually happen again. At the same time i am aware that some of my cadets will eventually ponder upon this site and this post. nevertheless at least my point be sent across to you people.
i wonder if i am invisible at times.Or sometimes you get so involved in your arguement that you forget that there is an outsider within listening to the whole conversation. Mind you, i havent step in it, but please dont let your personal feelings and prejudice cloud your judgement and actions.
You may know of my squad condition, for those that knows please dont repeat the mistake we committed. For those who dont know what is happening, dont bother to figure it out- too much curiosity kills. My point is we all make mistake, and i trying to make sure that your squad doesnt end up like what happened to my squad. There are some leaders who will take charge, listen to them. How can your squad be united if there are always internal conflicts? In case you dont know, those squad IC that had been working closely to me had done a great job. So give them a break. Sometimes i even feel troubled to have rely on them to spread the message, cause they have really done alot. So stop whining, why dont you help them out a bit?
the squad seriously need to work on your mentality. When mdm rozianna was talking to you people, you can lack the respect and discipline that we are asking for. Please if you dont want to go through the pumping session during the camp AGAIN please check on yourself. Body language/attitude/everything.
lastly, this is not some survivor penisula or something where you work against one another and oust each other out. This is a ONE for ALL CCA, meaning you stop being selfish and start thinking of others. At the same time, this is a ALL for ONE cca, meaning you have to work as one and not chopped up into your respective clicks.
Maybe you have been missing training for a long time, but anyway i hope that you will be back together once your mid year is over. Get good grades for now, people, especially for your english language, i cant have a squad that is failing most of the subjects as well.
Once all your mid year papers are over, perhaps we will start working more on your soft skills instead of your hard skills.
