Really interesting and unexpected mentality we have here. But it is really powerful and applicable in life. So in future, when we are told to be more attentive in lesson time then we appear to be more confused. After all they say if you are calm in the midst of unrest and chaos, then you have failed to understand how serious the situation is.
So if you are not paying attention in the first place then you wont be confused by anything.

Autocratic or democratic. i stick to autocratic. In fact most people in my squad sticks to autocratic in NPCC. So my 1/3 cadets to be ( 1/3 cause only 1/3 of my NCO course is completed), its going to be a really firm and rigid leading in the unit. Surprisingly, keng chong is sticking to democratic when everyone is finding him so autocratic. Anyway, the unit is going to be run in an IDEALISTIC autocratic manner. Yes, we are not going to follow Hitler so nothing to fear, there would still be debrief sessions.
