i had taste of whats like to be AN Nco for short. It was work attachment the other time and i was attached to my sec2 squad. i was very impressed with their performance since, and their learning speed is very very approiate as well. They can already get the hang of Tunga lankah masa berjala, tunga at such a short period of time, so i am quite pleased with my sec2s..

Anyway, its really different once you take over as senior. Like you have to ready for them.
The other time i was taking drills with them, and it was raining. The canteen was pratically occupied by the sec ones so i took them to the pathway along the parade square and while they were doing drills in the shade, i have to walk in the rain to check on their drills. But it was worth it. They are adapting the drills easily.

However, i can go in 4 mins after they left for changing and come out of the toliet with them. And i was surprised they were so quiet when they change, for my squad we make a hell lot of noise therefore we come up late.Maybe the sec 2s see me in the toliet and dare not to make any noise.But sec2 being quiet should be changing faster.

So i think being year head is the best post one can get. It beats Keng chong who is a log head. In a stuffy and messy environment packing stuffs. comment?
