just a specialist in tactics, when in the army or in the police force or maybe in some other areas where statergies are involved.
At first, i did consider to be a phlilosopher, then i asked my parents what type of occupations can a phlilosopher has other than being a lecturer. I got back economist as an answer. Makes me wonder what does economy got to do with phlilosophy, maybe to do some case studies and then make phlilosophies and advices out of it? i dont know. i thought maybe a phlilosopher can be a counsellor, changing people's life for the better by giving advices. Or maybe be an author of some inspirational book like "chicken soup for the soul".
So i thought of whats might next interest in life- critical thinking
since i enjoyed solving problem might as well engage in some critical thinking jobs
being in the csi sounds fun, but its too devoting already, you never know when you might be called for an investigation and normally a case will take a lot of time to crack so it might not be that worth it.
Therefore i think tactician might be general enough for my occupation. As tactician involves using critical thinking but in several ways. so i shall just aim to be a tactician, then when the time comes i shall be more precise in the areas i devote my tactics to, whether it is in the police force. etc
Anyway phlilosophy and critical thinking goes hand in hand. Phlilosophy is the one that is always making us understand life through metaphors and sayings. However without critical thinking, most likely inspiration and sayings are nothing at all. Critical thinking makes the phlilsophy to be more thought provoking in life. Without thinking , i reckon phlilosophy is just words commonly used as an encouragement that made it no different from words like, good effort .etc
Vice versa, without any phlilosophy means we are not thinking properly at all. Just aimless thoughts that are going to be inpratical if it continues to stay as thoughts.
