you see if expectation more than receipt=disappointment
if you have higher expections than your results then you feel disappointed also to say demoralised badly when you feel to achieve your target..that might sounds not so good but indirectly it will drive you to achieve better...for now the whole team is currently getting of this level..everyone had been driving themselves to achieve better results,this can so called the better side of the equation (BUT THE WAY it is not to say that we had lowered our expectation or whatever as this will upset the whole balance and get you to another equation which is expectations less than receipt=satisfaction,the truth is we simply put more effort and interest to what we are doing)
now that we are getting more and more better results..the equation becomes expectation less than receipt=satisfaction..for now we are all feeing rather moralised and more motivated to do stuffs..however as time is added to the equation itself it will slowly start to turn satisfaction into a high level of self confidence among ourselves that would be a good thing if that will to happen as slowly we start to underestimate others...but then still if we continue to give ourselved reasonable targets then it shallnt be a problem..in fact the equation will be balanced..
you will get expectation=receipt=acception..that will of course be best already as it is acceptable,expectable and achieveable..and this shall be the end of the whole thing..as long as we know that we had put in the very best effort..achieved what we want to achieve then our job in the team is completely done..achieve to the limit and feel proud of it,after all the pride is all yours..
right now the target for the next training is to lecture the remaining people who are still lost in shelter building so as to increase speed of productivity-the main target is to familarise with the shelter building that is one area we can speed thing up..
