whenever you are being mentioned in a situation...if it is good,dun be too cocky about it..but then people like to badmouth a lot so you often hear bad stuffs about yourself,at that time you think they are joking but then sometimes after the whole conversation,you try to recall back whatever that is being said and start doing so reflection with the conversation..of course this is good..it is called self improvement or whatever you want to name it..whichever the case is sometimes you wish some stuffs are best not spoken but then you never know you might just find out the truth somewhere or somewhere one day..and then you get very bothered by it...therefore prehaps the best way to treat it is just to change for the better however sometimes it is just not possible..that when you kept thinking about it..the more you think..the lesser self esteem you have gradually..
prejudices can be better from time to time,anemsia as well..just learn to keep your mind off such stuff and prehaps you wont feel too demoralise about such stuffs..if possible try to find the brightside of the negative remarks or events..
adolescene period is a period of fun and troubles depending how your prepective is like..
every dark cloud has a silver lining..that how you put it...
however the problem with me is not that others is behind me badmouthing me..the problem is that i have too much self guilt...usually people couldnt just wait to push the blame to others..however for me i am often taking too much blame..it is destroying my self esteem ..somethings just cannot be explained..for that you don know where you have done wrong so you cannot clear the self critism..the only way is just not to give yourself a self guilt in the first place..sometimes it is best not be think too much..you don think..you will have no worries and troubles at least for the time being you are not thinking
